Manager Customer Experience at Endeavour Energy

Danielle Manley has extensive experience in customer experience, service management, and information technology within the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as Manager Customer Experience at Endeavour Energy since August 2008, Danielle has held various leadership roles including Chief Information Officer and Manager ICT Stabilisation & Performance Improvement. Prior positions include Industry Director at the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW and Project Manager at Integral Energy. Danielle’s career began at MLC Limited and Citibank, with progressive roles culminating in a focus on customer and business performance. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, a Graduate Certificate in Strategy from the Australian Institute of Management, and an Affiliateship in Life Insurance from the Australian Insurance Institute.
