Emma Murison has extensive experience in the field of industrial relations and people management. Emma most recently held the position of Head of People & Culture at Endeavour Energy (NSW), where they provided strategic advice and support on all people and industrial matters. Prior to this, Emma served as the Manager People Partnering & Industrial Relations at the same company and was responsible for leading a team in delivering commercially focused solutions.

Emma Murison has a strong education background in law and business. Emma obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2014, following a Diploma of Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board (NSW) from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sydney from 2000 to 2004, with a focus on Industrial Relations / HR, Government/International Relations, Advanced French, and Aboriginal Studies. In addition, Emma Murison obtained a certification as a Certified Organisational Coach, Level One from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in 2022.
