Adam Garcia

Adam Garcia is an experienced professional in the disability services sector, currently serving as the Practice Innovation Lead at Endeavour Foundation since October 2015. In various roles at Endeavour Foundation, including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager, Adam has focused on implementing best practices in service delivery and managing supported accommodation services for adults with intellectual disabilities. Previous experience includes coordinating programs at Australia Foundation for Disability and Parramatta Council, as well as leadership roles at Sunshine and Minimbah Challenge. Adam holds a Diploma in Community Services Coordination and a Certificate IV in Disability from TAFE NSW, and has pursued a Master of Social Work at Macquarie University.
