Nikala Chenoweth has a diverse work experience history. Nikala started their career as a Marketing Officer at Bicycle Queensland in 2004. Nikala then worked as an Editor and Leading Business and Corporate Communications Coordinator at Commerce Queensland. In 2006, they became the Public Affairs Manager at Clubs Queensland, where they developed relationships and delivered marketing strategies for fundraising initiatives. Nikala later served as a Marketing Manager at i-coach academy Limited and CCIQ, overseeing marketing initiatives and corporate communications. In 2012, they joined New Word Order as a Marketing Strategist, responsible for reviewing business and marketing strategies. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Marketing Manager at MGI South Queensland. In 2018, they joined Montrose Therapy & Respite Services as a Consultant and later became the Director of Customer Experience. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Excellence Home and Community at Endeavour Foundation.
Nikala Chenoweth completed their Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Marketing and PR at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Westside Christian College for their secondary education. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022.
