Nicole Moon

Nicole Moon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at FareStart since July 2022, Nicole ensures that HR and DEI practices align with the organization's business objectives, fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability. Prior to this role, Nicole was the Director of People & Culture at FareStart and held positions at Woodland Park Zoo, where responsibilities included managing HR programs and employee engagement, as well as serving as an HR Generalist. Nicole's career in HR began at All The Best Pet Care as an HR Manager, focusing on recruitment and benefits administration. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts from Green River College.
