Bronte Courtney

Bronte Courtney, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), has extensive experience in people and culture roles, currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Endeavour Group since August 2020. Previously, Bronte held multiple HR positions at Qantas from February 2016 to August 2020, culminating in the role of Manager, People and Culture PMO. Bronte also participated as a corporate secondee at Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships in September 2019. Early career experience includes a customer service and administration role at SHAWL Group from February 2012 to November 2015. Bronte holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons I) from UNSW and has completed a semester exchange program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with comprehensive education from the Australian HR Institute.
