Dan Duke

Dan Duke is an accomplished professional in the fields of industrial relations, workplace relations, and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Shared Services at Endeavour Group since May 2021. In this role, Dan Duke is responsible for establishing key functions such as Industrial Relations and People Systems within one of Australia’s leading retail drinks brands. Prior experience includes a senior role at Dan Murphy's as Senior Partner Culture & People, and significant positions at MLC Life Insurance, National Australia Bank, IAG, CGU, VACC, and the Office of Employment Advocate, where Dan Duke has consistently demonstrated expertise in governance, risk management, and employee relations throughout a progressive career. Dan Duke holds a degree from Monash University.
