Jane O'Rourke is a seasoned change management professional with a strong background in leading change initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Program Change Manager at Endeavour Group, Jane has previously held senior roles at organizations such as the City of Sydney and QBE Insurance. Notable experiences include managing significant change programs for over 600 employees at Project FIELD and overseeing change management for 2,000 employees during the CBA Unplugged initiative.
