Additional experience includes roles as Insights Manager at British American Tobacco, Insights & Strategy Director at Jigsaw Strategic Research, and Senior Insight Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, where the focus was on actionable insights for various consumer healthcare brands. Karen began her career in research with positions at AMR Interactive, Harris Interactive, and TNS NFO after obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
