Ramya Palraj

Ramya Palraj is an accomplished Practice Leader in Business Analysis at Endeavour Group since September 2020, where responsibilities include building and leading a sustainable Business Analysis Practice, supporting organizational consultancy, and nurturing a people-first culture. Prior to this role, Ramya served as Business Analysis Chapter Lead at HCF Australia and held various positions at Commonwealth Bank, including Senior Technical Business Analyst and Delivery Lead, contributing significantly to projects in BI, analytics, and compliance. Ramya’s extensive experience also includes senior roles at FlowConnect, Vodafone Australia, and Mission Australia, underpinned by an MBA in Systems and Marketing from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Kongu Engineering College.
