Fidele-Kevin Kouassi

Fidele-Kevin KOUASSI is a proficient Mine Planning Engineer currently employed by Endeavour Mining since January 2024, overseeing short-term planning and scheduling with expertise in software applications including Surpac and Minesched. As the President Founder of Iffou Vision Plurielle, Fidele-Kevin KOUASSI co-founded a network aimed at enhancing living conditions and educational access for disadvantaged youth in Central Côte d’Ivoire. Past positions include Mining Engineer at Perseus Mining Limited and Allied Gold Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from mine planning to block model management. Fidele-Kevin KOUASSI also holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique Félix HOUPHOUËT-BOIGNY de Yamoussoukro and various certifications in related fields, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. With a long-standing involvement in educational support for science students at Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny, Fidele-Kevin KOUASSI has contributed significantly to both professional and academic communities.
