Santiago Dominguez

Santiago Dominguez is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Head of HYDRO Operation and Maintenance at Endesa since November 2017, overseeing hydro power generation assets in Spain. Previously, Santiago held several senior roles at Enel Green Power from December 2010 to November 2017, including Head of WIND Operation and Maintenance in Italy and leadership positions focused on operation and maintenance of diverse renewable energy plants in Spain and Portugal. Santiago's career began at EUFER ENEL Union Fenosa Renovables, where responsibilities included managing wind power plants and reporting on key performance indicators to the CEO. Santiago's educational background includes advanced programs in energy management from institutions such as IESE Business School and SDA Bocconi, a Master’s Degree from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Control from Universidade de Vigo.
