John Murphy

John Murphy is the CEO and Co-Founder of The JJ Murphy Group, where a focus on enhancing organizational culture and mentoring future leaders is paramount. Currently serving on the Advisory Board at Endicott College's Curtis L. Gerrish School of Business, John provides strategic advice to improve student outcomes for internships and employment. Prior to these roles, John held significant positions at Wellington Management, including Managing Director and Director of Competitive Intelligence, where leadership drove the development of a robust Competitive Intelligence team and the Business Associate Program. With a strong educational background including an MBA from Bentley University and a BS from Babson College, John brings a wealth of experience in people leadership and investment management.
