Katie Stango O'Grady

Katie Stango O'Grady serves as the Director of Academic Affairs at Endicott College, where responsibilities include managing daily operations of the Academic Affairs unit, coordinating academic events, and teaching in the Leadership Scholars Program. Previous roles include Director of Student Engagement and Assistant Director for Campus Programs at the University of Vermont, where Katie planned student programs and managed budgets. Earlier experiences include coordinating campus life at the Illinois Institute of Technology and supporting student engagement and giving at Miami University, alongside roles in admissions counseling and new student orientation. Katie holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont, a Master of Science in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Miami University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
