Kristy Cormier Walker

Kristy Cormier Walker currently serves as the Director of Graduate Business Programs at Endicott College, focusing on the strategy, operations, and growth of graduate offerings in the Curtis L. Gerrish School of Business since July 2025. Previously, Kristy held the position of Director of Education Innovation Operations at Northeastern University from February 2023 to September 2025 and served as the Senior Director of Communications, Operations, and Guest Relations at Gordon College from October 2015 to February 2023, where notable achievements included increasing enrollment through a strategic admissions marketing plan. Earlier in Kristy's career, roles at Endicott College and Gordon College involved developing recruitment strategies, overseeing campus visit programs, training faculty and staff, and enhancing student engagement through innovative communications. Kristy earned a Master of Education in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Tourism Management and Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
