Lauren Bek, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of event management. Lauren is currently the Director of Special Events at Endicott College, where they manage, plans, and executes large-scale special events for the college's President. Lauren has also created a structural event brief for all special events and provided menu design direction to chefs.

Lauren's earlier work experience includes roles as a Server and Cook at La Chanterelle, Marketing and Event Management Intern at Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce, and Receptionist at Blackstone National Golf Club.

Throughout their work experience, Lauren has demonstrated strong event planning and management skills, as well as expertise in menu design, communication, and client satisfaction.

Lauren Bek, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Event Leadership from Johnson & Wales University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Management at Endicott College. Lauren also pursued a brief period of study at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) and took a hospitality administration/management course at the United Arab Emirates Academy in Dubai. Lauren's educational journey began with the attainment of a high school diploma from Whitinsville Christian School.
