Hailey Pate

Hailey Pate is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in health data management and analysis. Currently serving as the HMIS Administrator at Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO), Hailey previously held the position of Data Analyst at Caritas of Austin from May 2021 to October 2024. Prior roles include Senior IT Business Systems Analyst with the City of Austin, where projects focused on the Open Data Initiative, and Product Resident Contractor with Code for America. Hailey has a strong background in trauma registry management, having worked at several medical centers, including Ventura County Medical Center and Dell Children's Medical Center. Notably skilled in developing data systems, improving data transparency, and advocating for data-driven decision-making, Hailey also has experience in preparing and evaluating business requirements for health data systems while advising governmental agencies on data system change management. Education was completed at UC Santa Barbara.
