Greg Shannon

Greg Shannon is the Chief Operating Officer at Endless West. Greg has over 20 years of experience in operations and manufacturing, and has a proven track record of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Greg previously worked as the Vice President Operations at Miyoko's, a revolutionary vegan cheese manufacturer that is changing the dairy industry. At Miyoko's, they oversaw the day-to-day activities of manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, and operations staff. Greg also cultivated vendor relationships and negotiated contracts with third party warehouses, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners. Under their leadership, the company successfully created and launched a multi-level co-packer network producing eight innovative new products, as well as two self-manufactured items. As a result of their efforts, the company was able to reduce costs by $782K and improve overall efficiency by 81%.
