Jess Hazlett 🏳️🌈

Jess Hazlett has over 19 years of work experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, and Sales. In 2021, Jess began their current role as Vice President of People at Endless West, a venture-backed beverage technology startup based in San Francisco. Prior to this, Jess was the Head of People & Operations at Sparkcentral by Hootsuite from 2016 to 2021, where they managed all Business Operations and HR functions across the organization. From 2011 to 2016, Jess held two roles at Black Point Productions. First, as Director of Human Resources, Jess oversaw personnel development, performance management, contract negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, talent acquisition, employee investigations, and operational execution. Second, as Human Resources Specialist, Jess built the Human Resources department from the ground floor, developing policies and establishing procedures. In 2011, Jess was also the General Manager at The Pleasure Chest, where they provided managerial and coaching support to a team of 35+ employees. From 2006 to 2011, Jess held three other roles: Special Events Production, Sales Lead at HUSTLER HOLLYWOOD, and Sales Associate at Condom World Inc. Finally, from 2003 to 2006, Jess was the Boston Regional Representative at Epitaph Records.

Jess Hazlett obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Management from Berklee College of Music between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, in October 2020, Jess Hazlett was awarded a Diversity & Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
