Dr. Tanaya Mishra

Dr. Tanaya Mishra has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and global organizations. Dr. Tanaya is currently serving as the Vice President & Head of Human Resources (India) at Endo International plc. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides and the Global CHRO at Essar. Dr. Mishra also held senior HR positions at Accenture, JSW Group, ACC Limited, Shoppers Stop, Firstsource, and DHL, where they gained valuable experience in managing human resources and driving organizational success.

Dr. Tanaya Mishra obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Utkal University from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Graduation in Sociology and Psychology from Ravenshaw College from 1988 to 1990. Dr. Tanaya then pursued their Master's degree in P.M.I.R from Utkal University from 1991 to 1993. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Manpower Planning from Utkal University from 1995 to 2003.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Dr. Tanaya Mishra has obtained several certifications. These include Hogan Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in August 2022, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in December 2021, Instructor - Facilitation Skills from DDI | Development Dimensions International in May 2009, Certified Assessor from SHL Group ltd in April 2008, Strategic Planning & Management Planning in Retailing from the Intercontinental Group of Department Stores in June 2006, Diploma in Training & Development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) in December 2002, Change Management from Nanyang Technological University in May 2001, and a Certificate in French from Alliance Française Paris Île-de-France in May 1988.
