Jani Rautio

Jani Rautio has extensive experience in geology, currently serving as Chief Geologist at Endomines since February 2013, overseeing key projects including the Pampalo gold mine and Rämepuro satellite mine. Previous roles include Senior Geologist positions at Sotkamo Silver Oy, where Rautio managed the Taivaljärvi silver project, and Mantle Diamonds Ltd, focusing on the Lahtojoki diamond project. Additional experience includes working as a Mine Geologist at Gold Ore Resources Ltd and Scandinavian Project Manager at Nordic Diamonds Ltd. Rautio's early career involved roles at European Diamonds Plc and Outokumpu Mining Oy, contributing to diamond drilling and geological mapping projects. Rautio holds a Master of Science degree in Geology and Mineralogy from the University of Turku.
