Maria Silva has held various positions throughout their work experience. Maria started their career as a Customer Service Representative at US Surgical in 2000, where they provided product and order information to customers and resolved product and order problems. Maria later became a Project Associate at US Surgical, supporting the sales organization in hospital conversions and ensuring smooth product introductions. Maria then moved on to become a Sales Ops Supervisor at US Surgical, where they supervised sales operations activities.

In 2006, Maria joined Covidien as an Alternate Site Marketing Coordinator, supporting the development and implementation of sales, marketing, and advertising campaigns. Maria worked closely with distribution partners to establish and maintain relationships and coordinated ad campaigns and promotional materials for distributor marketing agreements. Maria also served as an Alternate Site Marketing Coordinator at Covidien, where they developed sales tools and marketing collateral and coordinated the development of web-based tools for sellers.

Maria continued their career at Covidien as a Global International Marketing Coordinator, where they reported to the VP of Global International Marketing and supported product managers in the development and implementation of domestic and international marketing campaigns. Maria worked with various departments, such as Legal, Regulatory, Clinical, and Market Research, to ensure compliance and gather feedback on product packaging. Maria maintained communication with global region managers and tracked international and domestic product leads.

Maria then joined SurgiQuest as a Global Sales & Marketing Support Manager, where they reported directly to the VP of International Sales and Marketing and the Senior Director of US Marketing. Maria supported the promotion of SurgiQuest's products globally and oversaw the import and export processes.

Maria's next role was at CONMED Corporation as a Manager, Sales Training & Marketing Support. Maria was responsible for training and supporting the sales team and marketing efforts. Maria managed the transition of customer service responsibilities to operate in-house.

At Pathy Medical, LLC, Maria served as the Director of Operations & Marketing. Maria was in charge of operations and marketing activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Most recently, Maria worked at Aquyre Biosciences, Inc. as the Director of Operations. In this role, they oversaw the company's operations and contributed to its growth and success.

Currently, Maria is the Executive & Marketing Operations Manager at EndoQuest Robotics™, where they are involved in executive and marketing operations.

Maria Silva earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University. Maria attended the university from 1995 to 1998.
