Lesia Budar is an experienced localization manager currently working at Endorphina since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing localization projects, collaborating with translators and agencies, coordinating project stages, and ensuring quality delivery for various markets. Additionally, since September 2015, Lesia has been a translator and proofreader at Kvalitný preklad s.r.o., handling diverse document types and maintaining a high output of translations. In 2021, Lesia volunteered as an outgoing project coordinator for a social project at Logos NGO, focusing on promoting through opinion leaders on Instagram and content creation. Lesia also participated in an Erasmus+ training course, leading a team to develop an educational escape room. Previous work experience includes a sales assistant role at Bargain Beachwear. Lesia holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Presov.
