Aleksandra Gagacki

Aleksandra Gagacki has extensive work experience in the customer support and technical applications fields. Aleksandra is currently the Director Customer Support at Endotronix, where they have held various roles such as Associate Director and Senior Technical Support Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Luminex Corporation as a Senior Technical Applications Specialist, where they handled customer complaints, served as a subject matter expert, and led special projects. Before that, they worked at Nanosphere as a Senior Technical Applications Specialist, Technical Applications Specialist, Molecular Applications/Technical Support Specialist, and R&D Scientist, where they were involved in validation, post-launch support, customer support, and research and development activities.

Aleksandra Gagacki earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Chemistry from Loyola University Chicago from 2001 to 2006. Aleksandra continued their education at Loyola University Chicago, obtaining a Masters degree in Chemistry from 2006 to 2007.
