Kendra Abrokwa

Sr. Director Of Quality Assurance at Endotronix

Kendra Abrokwa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kendra began their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 2002, where they participated in the Manufacturing Professionals Development Program and later served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and a Labor Relations Representative. Kendra then took on the role of Quality Manager, overseeing quality processes and leading a team responsible for ensuring ISO compliance and implementing process improvements. After leaving Caterpillar, Kendra joined MercyCare Community Physicians in 2016 as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where they led strategic projects and mentored leaders through Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Since 2017, Kendra has been working at Endotronix, starting as a Business Operations Manager before transitioning to roles in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Their responsibilities at Endotronix include managing the quality of medical device production, transitioning to electronic QMS software, and ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA regulations.

Kendra Abrokwa holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa. Kendra has additional certifications as an ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor from Oriel STAT A MATRIX and as a Certified Brand Advocate from Caterpillar Inc. Kendra also has certifications in Caterpillar Production System Green Belt, Certified Change Agent from Caterpillar Global Change Management Office, Labor Arbitration Advocate from Labor Arbitration Services, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
