Gladys Lee

Gladys Lee currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development & Business Development at Endowus, focusing on M&A, capital raising, investor relations, and partnerships since April 2025. Previously, Gladys held the position of VP, Corporate Development at Lazada from April 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included evaluating and executing M&A investments and joint venture partnerships across various sectors in Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Corporate Development at Allianz, overseeing M&A and partnership opportunities across Asia, and a managerial position in Deal Advisory at KPMG, advising on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Additional experience includes a secondment with KPMG UK in the Consumer Goods and Retail sector. Gladys earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) from the National University of Singapore and completed summer programs at the University of Oxford and Università Bocconi.
