Gerhard Labuschagne

Gerhard Labuschagne is a seasoned technical and analytical specialist currently employed at Endress+Hauser Group since March 2019. With extensive experience as a field service technician, Gerhard has worked across various industries, including food and beverage, oil and gas, life sciences, and mining, focusing on equipment repair, calibration, and advanced workshop repairs. Prior to this role, Gerhard served as an instrumentation technician at Water and Sanitation Services South Africa, where responsibilities included maintenance on seawater desalination and wastewater plants, as well as experiences in industrial water desalination with PROXA Water. Gerhard's career began with an apprenticeship in water care instrumentation and varied roles, including general assistance in logistical planning. Gerhard holds a Red Seal Certificate in Electromechanical Instrumentation and Maintenance Technologies from MCD Training Centre, complemented by a matric certificate from Hartswater High School.
