Joschka Vogt

Joschka Vogt is a seasoned HR expert specializing in employer branding, HR marketing, and strategic recruiting. Currently serving as an HR Expert in Employer Branding at Endress+Hauser Gruppe since October 2019, Joschka focuses on employer branding, internal branding, HR communication, and employee surveys. Prior experience includes roles at Manor AG from October 2015 to September 2019, where expertise in HR social media and campaign management was developed, and at SocialCom GmbH from February 2012 to August 2015, where support was provided in social media strategies and community building. Joschka holds a Master of Arts in Mass Media and Communication Research from the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Sociology from the University of Basel, and additional qualifications in brand management and employer branding.
