Jeremy Fraley OTR/L, MBA has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2005, they served as the Rehabilitation Service Director for Laurel Healthcare. From 2012 to 2014, they held the role of Operations Consultant for Paragon Rehabilitation, LLC, Revolution Rehab, Inc., and Cornerstone Healthcare Solutions. In 2014, they took on the role of Director Of Rehabilitation Services at Clinton Memorial Hospital. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director of Operations for EnduraCare Acute Care Services, LLC.

Jeremy Fraley OTR/L, MBA obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Shawnee State University between 1996 and 2003. Jeremy then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care from Franklin University in 2010-2011.
