Aj Viola

AJ Viola is currently working as a Venture Builder at Endurance Companies, a Venture Lab that builds mission-driven companies alongside passionate entrepreneurs. AJ is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Kindred Uncommon, where they design unique and aspirational living spaces for a new generation of older adults. Previously, AJ served as the Chief Operating Officer at Equalize Health, overseeing product, sales, and operations teams on a global scale. AJ holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University.
