Timothy Mazzone, PHR

Timothy Mazzone, PHR, has an extensive work history in human resources. Timothy started their career at Greenlee as an HR Representative in June 2011 and eventually became an HR Business Partner before leaving in May 2014. Timothy then joined Encore Event Technologies as an HR Generalist and later became a Regional HR Business Partner, overseeing various markets and managing over 1,100 employees. After working at Encore for nearly six years, Timothy joined Arjo as an HR Business Partner, responsible for supporting multiple functions including customer service, finance/accounting, legal, and payroll. Timothy was later promoted to HR Manager, where they also took on the additional responsibility of supporting the company's marketing and sales functions. Most recently, Timothy joined Endurance Environmental Solutions as the HR Director and then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Human Resources.

Timothy Mazzone, PHR, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management with an Emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in English from Northern Illinois University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. To further enhance their professional qualifications, they also obtained several certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2019 and November 2015. Additionally, in August 2020, they became a Predictive Index Practitioner through the certification program offered by The Predictive Index.
