Ariana Baldomero

Ariana Baldomero is the Senior Director of Talent at COOP. Ariana previously worked as the Talent Development Manager at East Harlem Tutorial Program from March 2016 to August 2020, where they were responsible for anti-racism/racial equity work and talent development.

Baldomero has experience coordinating the logistical aspects of talent development programs, leading the coordination and execution of professional development days, and administering and analyzing surveys to gather necessary and strategic talent data from staff. Ariana is currently developing a strategy to support succession planning for senior leaders and other key roles.

Ariana Baldomero has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the George Washington University. Ariana is certified as an Anti-Racism Facilitator from the East Harlem Tutorial Program.
