Thaddaeus Smith

Thaddaeus Smith is an experienced Learning Experience Designer and E-learning Developer with a strong background in instructional design and foreign language education. Currently, Thaddaeus is contracted as a Learning Experience Designer at SweetRush Inc. and an E-learning Developer at Endurance Learning, where generative AI is leveraged to enhance course content and assessments. Previous roles include an Instructional Designer at TMS Instructional Design, Middle & Grade School Director at the German International School Portland, and an English Language Development Specialist at Gresham Barlow School District. Thaddaeus holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages from Georgia State University and a BA in Language (German) and International Trade from Clemson University.
