Prashant Kanhekar

Prashant Kanhekar has a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in various leadership roles. Prashant has worked as the Head of Operations at Endurance Technologies Ltd, where they led the implementation of operational excellence initiatives, resulting in improved plant rating and increased operational efficiency. Prior to that, they served as the Manufacturing Operations Head at JBM Group, where they mentored a team and introduced lean manufacturing principles, leading to improved efficiency. Prashant also held the position of Head of Manufacturing at Varrocgroup, where they achieved significant productivity enhancements and implemented energy-saving initiatives.
