David Parra

Sales Director Mexico & Global Account Manager at Enea AB

David Parra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. David began their career as a Presales & Tenders team intern at SIEMENS S.A. in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Software Developer at Gemalto and also served as a Data Base Administrator and Webmaster at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Parra then joined IDEMIA in 2007, starting as a Technical Consultant and later becoming a Manager of Technical Consultants. David then transitioned to Sales and held various roles such as Sales Key Account Manager and Country Manager. David'smost recent role at IDEMIA was Sales Director Digital - Financial Institutions. In 2022, Parra joined AdaptiveMobile Security as the VP of Sales Latam.

Currently, Parra works at Enea AB as a Sales Director, starting in April 2023.

David Parra completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, which spanned from 1999 to 2005. Following this, in 2008, they attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional for a graduate course in "Formulation and Evaluation of Projects." Starting from 1986 and continuing until 1997, David Parra attended Liceo de Cervantes, where they graduated with an emphasis in Chemistry, Maths, and Physics. Additionally, they acquired a certification in "B2B Sales Strategy: How to Effectively Engage Executives" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
