Juan Carlos Reynoso

Juan Carlos Reynoso has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Sales Engineering for the Americas at Enea AB since October 2020. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2020, they were the CEO of Citrus Technology Group SRL.

From 2013 to 2020, Juan worked at Aptilo Networks Group as the Director of Sales Engineering & Delivery. In this role, they led the Sales Engineering team for the Americas and was involved in the implementation of large carrier-grade Wi-Fi networks. Juan Carlos had experience in project management and implementation using both traditional (Waterfall, PMI) and Agile (SCRUM) frameworks.

Before joining Aptilo Networks Group, Juan worked as an IT Consultant at Consult-IT from 2002 to 2013. Juan Carlos specialized in software design, development, and implementation for small and medium-sized businesses. Juan was also a SCRUM Master during their time at Consult-IT.

Earlier in their career, Juan held the position of IT Operations Manager at Wind Telecom S.A. from 2007 to 2012. Juan Carlos was responsible for managing infrastructure and software for the IT Operations department and overseeing various aspects such as growth and capacity planning, data center administration, server management, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery planning, and third-party software implementation.

Juan's experience also includes working as a Project Manager at Claro RD from 2005 to 2007. Juan Carlos led project implementations for different software and solutions, including Microsoft products, telco interconnection software, and operating system deployments. Juan Carlos was responsible for planning, executing, and controlling project resources following the PMBOK framework.

Juan Carlos Reynoso completed their Master's degree in Marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo in 2001. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, in March 2018, Reynoso obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In November 2017, they also obtained the SFC - SCRUM Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
