Malin Bengtsson

Malin Bengtsson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Malin is currently working as an HR-generalist at Enea AB since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Skolverket from July 2016 to November 2021, where they served as an Enhets- och personaladministratör, handling tasks related to personnel administration, budgeting, and providing support to colleagues and managers. Malin also briefly worked as a Personaladministratör och Undervisningsråd from April 2016 to July 2016 within the same organization.

Earlier in their career, Malin worked as a Hälsocoach at Niana AB from June 2015 to December 2015, conducting health tests, motivational discussions, and coaching sessions for bank employees. Malin gained experience as a Gruppinstruktör at Feelgood Svenska AB from September 2014 to December 2015, leading fitness classes and delivering lectures on topics like stress, exercise, and daily physical activity.

From February 2012 to January 2014, Malin held the role of Gruppledare MiniSats at SATS ELIXIA, where they had the responsibility of managing staff, hiring new employees, and overseeing administrative tasks related to MiniSats operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Barnskötare at Mäster Mikaels Förskola from September 2008 to January 2012, caring for children.

Malin's earlier experiences include working as a Tränare at IK Bolton from September 2001 to June 2011 and as an Instruktör at Idrottslyftet from September 2008 to June 2010.

Malin Bengtsson began their education in 2012 at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences. Malin completed the Hälsopedagogprogrammet, focusing on Hälsopedagogik, in 2015. In 2014, they studied Innovation- och entreprenörskap, earning 15 hp, at the same institution. Malin then pursued further education in 2015, specializing in KBT med inriktning mot hälsa, earning 15 hp, again at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences. Malin Bengtsson later attended Luleå University of Technology in 2016, studying Arbetsmiljö och stress for 7.5 hp. In 2017, they took a course in Kompetenshöjning genom utveckling och rekrytering, worth 15 hp, at Malmö University. Finally, in 2018, Malin Bengtsson attended Malmö University, completing a course in Arbetslivsinriktad rehabilitering for 7.5 hp.
