Joost Ottenheim

Joost Ottenheim is a skilled professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as a Customer Experience Marketeer at Eneco since April 2022, focusing on enhancing customer interactions with heat pumps and solar panels while advocating for the voice of the customer within the organization. Previously, Joost held various roles at Energie in Huis from November 2014 to December 2022, including Growth & Data Marketeer and Chief Technology Officer, where responsibilities included developing business cases for private homeowners. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Team Leader at Albert Heijn overseeing a team of approximately 40 employees from May 2008 to July 2015 and a research internship at UMC Utrecht in 2013, which contributed to a proof-of-concept for a novel testing method in blood platelet function. Joost holds a Master of Science in Science and Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Utrecht University.
