Juan Diego Rodríguez

Juan Diego Rodríguez has extensive experience in technology and telecommunications management, currently serving as the Head of Distributed Services at Enel Perú since December 2014, where leadership of teams focuses on accelerating the digital transformation process through the deployment of world-class technology services. Rodríguez directed the successful migration of all Enel Perú applications to AWS Cloud, enhancing availability and reducing time to market. At Enel Colombia, since July 2023, leadership as Head of Employee Service Delivery for Colombia and Central America has been undertaken. Previous roles include significant contributions at Edelnor as the Telecommunications Responsible for Peru and Latin America, where oversight of service development across five countries and management of supplier relationships improved service quality and reduced costs. Prior experience also includes a consulting role at PricewaterhouseCoopers and network engineering at Synapsis, complemented by a solid academic background, including a Master's degree in IT Management from ESAN Graduate School Of Business.
