Marco Cuevas Flores has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and operations. Marco started their career at Ingenieria Electrica Azeta Ltda. as an Operator in Thermography and Maintenance of Distribution Networks. Marco then worked as an Inspector Technician for Public Lighting Projects at CAM CHILE. Later, they joined Enel Chile as a Specialist in Measurement, Balance, and Loss Control, where they led projects in distribution networks. Marco also worked at Enel X as a Specialist in Real Estate and Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) operations, focusing on e-mobility services. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering & Operations at Enel Chile, overseeing the implementation and development of electric supply solutions for real estate, government, and large customers. Additionally, they are a Faculty Member at Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, INACAP, teaching courses related to electricity and electronics. Throughout their career, Marco has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Marco Cuevas Flores has a diverse education history. Marco earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and General Management from Universidad Central (CL) between 2019 and 2021. Marco also completed a Diploma in Corporate Finance and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the same university in 2021 and 2020 respectively. In 2020, they obtained a Diploma in Business Leadership and Negotiation from Universidad Central (CL) as well. In 2016, they completed a Diploma in Electricity Market Regulation - Electric Markets at Universidad de Chile, and in 2011, they graduated as an Engineer in Electricity with a specialization in Projects from Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, INACAP. Marco also obtained a certification as an Electrical Engineer from SEC. SUPERINTENDENCIA DE ELECTRICIDAD Y COMBUSTIBLES. In 2013, they acquired knowledge in Tariff Regulation in Electricity Transportation and Distribution through a course at Universidad del Desarrollo. Additionally, in 2011-2012, they completed a Higher Level Technician certification in Electricity, Electronics, and Automation from INACAP.
