Elena Luisa Silvestro has extensive work experience in various roles within the energy industry. Elena Luisa is currently the Head of Customer Engagement Italy at E-Distribuzione since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of New Technologies & Innovation at Enel Group from June 2020 to May 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they held multiple positions at E-Distribuzione, including Head of digI&N Italy Program and Head of Customer Care. Before that, they served as the Head of Global I&N Front Office Operations at Enel from December 2014 to March 2017. Elena also held roles at E-Distribuzione as Head of Connection & Master Data Quality and Head of Transmission and Measurement for the CR Area Tuscany and Umbria. Elena Luisa started their career at Enel Servizio Elettrico spa as a manager and later held positions as Head of Macro Area Centro - Credit and Head of Mass Market Credits.

Elena Luisa Silvestro completed their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1997 at Università Bocconi, where they pursued a degree in Financial Markets with a focus on finance. In 2000, they attended SDA Bocconi and obtained a degree in 2000, specifically in the field of AFC. Later, from 2003 to 2011, they attended Sapienza Università di Roma, studying Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology.
