Marcos Palomares-Conde

Marcos Palomares-Conde is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering - Growth at OVO since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading high-performance engineering teams and optimizing energy sales channels. Prior to this role, Marcos worked as a freelance Solution/Technical Architect and IT Delivery Manager at CBeams Ltd, focusing on technical architecture and IT consulting from October 2011 to July 2021. Additional experience includes serving as an Enterprise Commerce Architect at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, overseeing a group transformation program, and acting as a Senior Infrastructure Architect for Amlin/Deloitte UK during a core data warehouse replatforming effort. Marcos has held various technical architecture roles at prominent companies such as Sainsbury's, Argos/Accenture, John Lewis, and Lloyd's of London. Marcos holds an MSc in Neural Networks from Politecnico di Milano and an MSc in Computers and Communications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
