Elsa Russo

Elsa Russo is currently the Program Manager at E-Distribuzione, where Elsa oversees the Project Management Office (PMO) activities to ensure operational excellence and support business units in process improvement. Prior to this role, Elsa was a Solution Specialist at Enel Group, managing projects related to Industry 4.0 and executing Proof of Concept installations. With a background as a Design Engineer at E-Distribuzione, Elsa designed measuring devices for monitoring client consumption in the Italian infrastructure and managed testing activities in compliance with European technical standards. Elsa holds a Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Università di Pavia and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
