Kim Kiho

Kim Kiho is a seasoned project and contract management professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Developer and Wind & Solar Project Manager for Enel Green Power in the APAC region, Kim also holds the position of Contract Manager in the Contract Management Unit. Prior experience includes co-managing The TEAM, specializing in contract and claim management as well as dispute resolution consultancy. At Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd., Kim excelled as a Project/Contract Manager and Team Leader of the Plant Contract Management Team, demonstrating expertise in project control, contract management, cost estimation, and construction management. Kim's educational background includes a Master's degree in Construction Cost Management & Economics from the University of Reading and a Ph.D. in Construction Legal Affairs from Kwangwoon University, alongside additional studies at Robert Gordon University and the University of Oxford.
