Luca Noviello

Luca Noviello is Head of Procurement for Enel Green Power and Enel Global Power Generation, the Enel Business Line that deals with power generation from renewable and conventional sources.

After a short experience as a consultant in the energy and environment sector, Luca joined Enel in 1988 and worked in the Engineering and Construction Division as a Business Developer for generation plants at international level. After this he held various roles in the management team of the Auditing Department until becoming Head of Auditing for the Generation and International Divisions. From 2007 to 2011 he was Head of Procurement for the Generation and International Divisions. He was later appointed Head of Oil and Gas Plants in Italy and, following a period as the Head of the Human Resources Function for the Global Power Generation Business Line, he was Head of O&M at Thermal Generation for five years, until April 2021.

Luca graduated in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Energyfrom Rome’s La Sapienza University. He continued his studies with a Master’s in Economics and Energy Source Management at the LUISS School of Management and he participated in the Leadership for Energy Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
