Ernesto Martinelli

Ernesto Martinelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management across various industries. Currently, at Enel since November 2018, Martinelli holds multiple leadership positions, including Head of People and Organization for Enel Grids and Innovability, and has overseen global initiatives related to industrial relations and empowerment. Prior to Enel, Martinelli served at Hitachi Rail SpA from November 2015 to October 2018 as SVP of Human Resources and Organization. Ernesto's career also includes significant roles at AnsaldoBreda, Thales Alenia Space, and a legal background as a solicitor. Martinelli holds multiple degrees, including a Law degree from Università degli Studi di Perugia and a GAP K degree from HIMD, complemented by an attorney license obtained from Corte d’Appello.
