Luis Vergara

Luis Vergara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, human resources, and organizational development within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operation and Maintenance Improvement for Enel Green Power in Argentina and Chile, Vergara oversees remote operation of hydro, solar, wind, and geothermal parks, while managing industrial risk activities and innovative sustainability projects. As a Director at Enel Group, Vergara contributes to the board of Empresa Eléctrica Pehuenche S.A. Previously, positions included Human Resources Manager at Endesa Chile, Head of Generation and Organizational Development at Enel, and roles in organization planning across Latin America. Vergara holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Civil Electronic Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.
