Nick Guay currently serves as the Manager of Account Management at Enel North America, leading the demand response account management team since January 2017. With a strong track record in generating revenue, Nick achieved $11 million in direct margin through contract renewals and $2.4 million in new business as an Account Manager, while also facilitating 310 customer agreement signatures for demand response enrollment. As a Demand Response Operations Analyst, Nick oversaw significant operational programs and increased customer engagement across North America. Prior to Enel, Nick gained experience as a Junior Regulatory Associate at The Isosceles Group, focusing on environmental health and safety legislation, and as a Quality Control Analyst Intern at AbbVie. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
