Rossella Bilotta

Rossella Bilotta currently serves as the Team Area Leader for People Analytics and P&O Reporting at Enel Group, a position held since June 2017. In this role, Rossella is involved in People and Organization Strategy, Governance, and Transformation. Prior to this, Rossella worked on People Analytics and HR Planning and Budgeting within the Enel Group and contributed to process governance and knowledge management at Enel spa in early 2017. Rossella's career in the energy sector began at Enel Green Power, focusing on technical services related to operations and maintenance. Rossella holds a Master's degree in Energy and Nuclear Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
