Carmen Khelawan

Carmen Khelawan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Carmen began their career at Nielsen in 2001, where they worked as a Manager in Application Hosting for five years. Carmen then joined The Nielsen Company in 2006 as a Director of Infrastructure Services, a role they held until 2008. Carmen subsequently served as the Disaster Recovery Lead for Global Business Services and later as a Service Delivery Lead for the Nielsen North America Buy business. In 2015, Carmen joined IBM Canada as an IT Consultant, where they managed projects and developed collaborative relationships with teams and clients. Since 2017, they have been working at Enercare Inc., initially as an IT Service Management professional and most recently as the Director of IT Operations.

Carmen Khelawan has a practitioner certificate in IT Service Management from Global Knowledge, with a focus on IT Service Management (V3.0) obtained in 2011. In 2008, they earned a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma from EZSigma. Carmen also holds an ITIL Certification from HP Education, with a focus on ITIL Foundations and ITIL Service Delivery Practitioner. Additionally, they have a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2008. Carmen has a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from York University. Carmen is currently pursuing further education in ITIL Service Lifecycle: Service Operation from Global Knowledge.
